Refund & Cancellation
At Putonics Private Limited, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with our engineering and software solutions. Due to the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of our Services (Software, Robotics, Embedded Systems), our refund and cancellation policies are structured to reflect the work committed at various project stages.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel a project or service under the following conditions:
- Notice Period: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your dedicated Project Manager or via email to support@putonics.com.
- Pre-Engagement: If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before any project kick-off or resource allocation has occurred, a full refund (minus a 5% administrative and gateway fee) will be issued.
- Post-Kickoff: Once a project has commenced, cancellations will be subject to a fee proportional to the work completed and resources already utilized.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the specific type of service engagement:
- Professional Services: For software development and robotics consulting, refunds are only applicable to unearned fees for milestones that have not yet been started.
- Hardware & Components: Any specialized hardware or bionic components procured specifically for a client project are non-refundable once the purchase order is executed.
- Subscriptions: For any ongoing support or SaaS-based services, cancellations will stop future billing, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Setup fees and initial mobilization charges.
- Work already approved and delivered at specific milestones.
- Third-party costs (hosting, API licenses, specialized sensors) incurred on behalf of the client.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
If your refund request is approved:
- Approval: You will receive an email confirmation of the refund status within 3 business days of your request.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be initiated via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay).
- Timeline: It typically takes 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any service-related issues before seeking a refund. We are committed to engineering excellence and will work diligently to rectify any technical discrepancies that do not meet the agreed-upon project specifications.
